Never doubt that a small group of concerned citizens can change the world.
Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.

Personality: Bart is very gentle, quiet, happy, well-mannered and easygoing. He is affectionate. He likes to be petted and he will pick his paw up and place it on you when you stop petting him. He will also lean against you for attention. He loves to go for car rides and even enjoys sitting in the car when it is not moving. He likes to run and play in the yard.

Bart
Sex: Male
Color: Red Fawn
Birthdate: 01/01/2005
I would love to meet you if I am available

      Progress in Foster Home:
Bart is very curious about people, but is one of those dogs who likes to initiate an introduction to new people. He does best when new people walk into a room, sit on a chair and ignore him! Then he will come right over, give them a sniff to say “Hello,” and become a good friend. He was skittish in the beginning, but is really opening up and showing his wonderful personality now. He is starting to play with his toys on his own.
  Ideal Home:
Bart would do well in a working family home with well-mannered children, 10 and up. He is good as the only dog in the home. He has limited experience with other dogs at this time. He would do best in a single family home, because he tends to be vocal when first left in the crate.
